You’re Not Broke. Your Work Just Isn’t Urgent Anymore.

Let’s just say it the way it needs to be said:

You are not struggling in your business because you’re not talented.
You are not struggling because you don’t work hard enough.
And you are definitely not struggling because people don’t value what you do.

You might be struggling because…

your work is no longer urgent in this market.

And if that hits a nerve a little bit—good. That’s where the shift starts.

Watch This First (This Will Change How You Think About Sales)

Before you keep reading, I want you to watch the full breakdown here:

👉

This is where I walk you through:

  • Why “being good” stopped working
  • What’s actually happening when clients say “I’ll think about it”
  • How urgency—not value—is driving decisions right now

If you’ve been hearing a lot of:

“This sounds great, but not right now”
“Let me check my budget”
“I’ll circle back”

This video is going to hit home.

The Real Problem (That No One Is Saying Out Loud)

Here’s what’s actually going on:

The market is not paying quickly for good work.
It’s paying quickly for immediate problems.

That’s it.

In a tight economy, people don’t stop valuing things.
They just prioritize what feels necessary right now.

Which means:

Coaching becomes “support”
Strategy becomes “nice to have”
Development becomes “later”

And “later” is exactly where your revenue is sitting.

As you said in the video:
Support gets postponed.

The Shift That Changes Everything

If you take nothing else from this, take this:

Your job is no longer to prove your value.
Your job is to prove urgency.

That’s a different game.

And most smart, experienced, mission-driven entrepreneurs?
They haven’t caught up to that shift yet.

2 Things I Didn’t Say in the Video (But You Need to Hear)

Now let me push this further—because this is where most people still fall short.

1. Urgency Without Specifics Doesn’t Convert

Saying “I help you fix your business” is still too vague.

Urgency only works when it’s tied to a real, current consequence.

Weak: “I help you grow your business”

Stronger: “I help you fix the follow-up gaps that are costing you 3–5 clients every month”

Now we’re talking.

If someone can’t see the loss, they won’t feel urgency.

2. If Everything Is Urgent, Nothing Is

Here’s where people mess this up:

They try to make their entire offer urgent.

That doesn’t work.

You need:

👉 One clear, painful, immediate problem
👉 One fast, visible shift

Not 10 benefits. Not a full transformation story.

Right now, your job is to answer: “What’s the one thing my client is tired of carrying this week?”

That’s your entry point.

Quick Gut Check (Be Honest With Yourself)

Look at your current offer and ask:

• Is this something people want… or something they feel they need right now?

• Can I clearly explain what it costs them to wait 30–60 days?

• If someone had this problem today… would they pay immediately?

If the answer is “ehhh…”

That’s your bottleneck.

Not your skill.
Not your pricing.
Not your effort.

Your positioning.

Final Thought

You don’t need to rebuild your business.
You don’t need another certification.
You don’t need to “work harder.”

You need to close the gap between what you do and what feels urgent right now.

That’s the game.

And once you see it—you won’t unsee it.
